- Flush and clean out existing fluids
- Disassemble and inspect shock internals
- Fill with proper oil volume and oil weight
- Recharge shock with nitrogen
- set adjusters (if needed)

FORKS
- Flush and clean out existing fluids
- Disassemble and inspect fork internals
- Replace oil seals and fork bushings (if needed)
- Clean and polish fork tubes
- Machine internals per specification (if needed)
- Re-vlave compression assembly
- Re-valve rebound assembly
- Re-valve midvalve assembly
- Fill with proper oil and weight
- Set adjuster per rider specifications
- Dyno forks
SHOCKS
- Flush and clean out existing fluids
- Disassemble and inspect shock internals
- Replace oil seals and shock bushings (if needed)
- Clean and polish shaft
- Machine internals per specification (if needed)
- Re-valve compression assembly
- Re-valve rebound assembly
- Fill with proper fluid
- recharge with nitrogen
- Set adjusters per rider specificaions
- Dyno test
Dyno Testing
With our in-house shock dyno, we run diagnostic testing on all suspension when it comes into our shop. This allows us to determine the current settings and make sure all parts are fully functional. After we service or rebuild the shock, we run it through the same rigorous testing again to be sure everything is 100% before sending it back to the rider. Our dyno testing allows us to provide a print out of the exact settings for our rider and gives us the data to make appropriate changes in the future without the guess work.
Trackside Testing
We are conveniently located at SSR Training Facility in Bowling Green, IN. SSR has multiple tracks including a full motocross track, an amateur supercross track, pro supercross track, turn tracks and smaller training tracks. With all of these types of tracks available to us we have track conditions to meet anyone's needs and can give real world testing right here where our shop is located to allow us to make any changes while you are onsite.
Event Services
We also have a fully outfitted mobile unit to take trackside to select events. More info TBA.
